1. Nature of Services

Equilibre provides structured nutrition consultation and program services focused on metabolic regulation and lifestyle integration. All services are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Clients are advised to consult their physician before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By booking a consultation or program, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

 

3. Consultation Services

The 1:1 Metabolic Assessment Consultation is a structured diagnostic session conducted via video call. Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Sessions are time-bound and must be attended at the scheduled time.

 

4. Program Enrolment

Enrolment in structured programs follows consultation and mutual suitability assessment. Program details, duration, and pricing are clearly communicated prior to confirmation. Programs are structured services and not downloadable diet templates.

 

5. Payment Terms

 All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of booking.

 

6. No Guarantees

While the practice is structured and method-driven, individual results vary. Equilibre does not guarantee specific weight loss, medical outcomes, or timelines. Outcomes depend on multiple variables including adherence, physiology, and external factors.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate health and lifestyle information

  • Following structured guidance as advised

  • Communicating relevant medical conditions

  • Maintaining realistic expectations

Failure to adhere to program structure may impact results.

8. Communication Boundaries

Communication outside scheduled sessions is limited and structured. Equilibre operates within defined professional boundaries to ensure clarity and quality of service.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including consultation summaries, structured plans, written documents, and program content, are the intellectual property of Equilibre. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Equilibre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on consultation guidance.

 

11. Website Use

All website content is for informational purposes only. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

12. Modifications

Equilibre reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
